This executive is a finance leader with over 25 years running multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction finance functions for international groups including Rosneft-operated offshore JVs with ENI, Equinor, and ExxonMobil, as well as Boart Longyear, Syngenta, and Emerson. Core strengths span treasury and multi-currency banking, cross-border tax structuring, FX exposure management, group IFRS consolidation, and ERP-driven automation of financial workflows. Track record includes recovering over $115M in VAT, eliminating $120M of FX-driven P&L volatility, and leading the orderly wind-down of sanctioned joint-venture operations across multiple countries. Currently available immediately and open to relocation to the GCC for a Finance Director role with full ownership of a multi-entity finance function.
